Container device for portable objects such as phone cards, intended to be put in place in a dispenser device. The container device comprises: - a first shell (52) of elongate shape, having first edges, and in which a stack of phone cards is able to be stacked longitudinally, - a second shell (54) having second edges matched with the first edges, - assembly means (72, 74) suitable for providing permanent assembly without breaking of the first edges of the first shell (52) and of the second edges of the second shell (54), the said assembly defining, at one of the ends of the container device, a transverse exit slot (75) for the phone cards, and - means (85) forming a breakable tell-tale and suitable for normally obstructing the said slot (75). <IMAGE>
