PURPOSE:To exactly prevent an erroneous decision and a malfunction in a post- processing caused by a that the skin potential becomes a value having no relation to the degree of awakening, etc., by inhibiting directly or indirectly the detection of the skin potential, in the case high temperature perspiration is generated. CONSTITUTION:An awakening degree lowering detector detects the skin potential from each electrode 17,19, and a skin potential difference is calculated by a skin potential difference arithmetic part 21 therefrom. Subsequently, in an awakening degree fall deciding part 23, whether this skin potential difference is that which is in a lowering state or not is discriminated. In the case it is discriminated that the awakening degree is in a lowering state, whether it is decided that high temperature perspiration is generated or not in a high temperature perspiration presence deciding part 29 is confirmed. Thus, in the case it is decided that perspiration is not generated, a signal for showing the lowering of an awakening degree is sent out through a transmission part 25. On the other hand, in the case it is discriminated that the detected skin potential difference is not a state that the degree of awakening is lowered and in the case it is confirmed that high temperature perspiration is generated, the discrimination in the awakening degree fall deciding part 23 is inhibited. |
