<p>PURPOSE:To surely detect an induced voltage generated by an accidental current by means of a detecting coil by winding an insulative coating electric wire around a metal tape wound shielding layer or metal shielding layer of a cable in a spiral or meandering manner. CONSTITUTION:A central conductor 1 is covered with an inside semiconductor layer 2, an insulator 3, an outside semiconductor layer 2' and a metal tape wound shielding layer 5 in order. One or a plurality of electric wires, where a conductor is covered with plastic such as various kinds of enamel and vinyl or an insulator such as rubber, are wound around the shielding layer 5 in a spiral or meandering manner, thus obtaining a detecting wire 6, which is covered with a pressing tape 7 extrudingly covered with a sheath 8. A detecting coil 9 is wound around the sheath 8 and a detector 10 measures an inductive voltage generated by an induced current flowing in the detecting wire 6, whereby an accidental current can be certainly detected.</p> |
