PURPOSE:To facilitate grounding of a 3-layer type recording material and to enhance its reliability, by providing a conductive layer on the side, reverse to a resistance layer, of an insulating support material of the 3-layer laminate consisting of a recording layer, the resistance layer, and the support material having through holes. CONSTITUTION:Conductive sheet 14 is provided on the side, reverse to resistance layer 12, of insulating support material 13 of a 3-layer laminate consisting of recording layer 11, resistance layer 12, and support material 13 having through holes (A) to form a 4-layer lamination. Resistance layer 12 is connected electrically with conductive sheet 14 via holes (A) of material 13. Electrostatic recording material 10 of this 4-layer lamination can be easily formed into an endless structure, and in this case, sheet 14 is grounded via a drive roller or the like in the recording system, facilitating grounding and enhancing its reliability. |
