DEHYDRATING TECHNIQUE FOR RESIN

PURPOSE:To dehydrate resin without the need for kneading and mixing and also without the possibility of generating gelation. CONSTITUTION:Resin 5 is set in a heating and drying chamber 4 of a microwave decompression device 3 to which a microwave generator 1 and a vacuum pump 2 are connected. The resin 5 is subjected to vacuum drying while microwave heating is being applied to it. By microwave-heating the resin 5, it is uniformly heated without the need for kneading and mixing and is dehydrated by vacuum drying in a short period of time.
