MAINTENANCE SUPPORTING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform the centrallized control for maintenance data for each apparatus constituting a facility, to eliminate dispersion due to personal differences in judgment on abnormality and faults and to alleviate the load of an operator. CONSTITUTION:The data with regard to each apparatus constituting a facility are collected through an optical multiplex communication device. Operation monitoring means 11-14 perform the monitoring for operating state of each apparatus, control of operating time, control of operating number and control of inspection history. A primary abnormality diagnosis means and 21 perform the primary abnormality diagnosis based on the collected data and output the result. An area inspection advice part 22 outputs the inspection advice for each area based on the result. A secondary abnormality diagnosis means 23 receives the various kinds of data of the results obtained by the actual patrol based on the output, performs the secondary abnormality diagnosis and outputs the result. A maintenance advice part 24 outputs the maintenance advice for each area based on the result.
