PURPOSE:To realize the CATV subscriber terminal equipment able to cope with a signal system including a digital audio signal. CONSTITUTION:A CATV terminal equipment employing a MODEM unit 17 is contained in a large sized high frequency unit comprising a shield case and a MODEM unit 16 is contained in a small sized high frequency unit comprising a shield case is provided with a digital voice filter 13. Then only a digital audio signal is extracted from an output of a detection circuit 7 and inputted to a modulation circuit 14. Thus, when a signal including the digital audio signal is inputted to the terminal equipment, it is possible to output the digital signal. |
