PURPOSE:To easily instruct a service number as needed with simple operations in the case of the instruction of reading bulletin board and a read processing to a data base or the like. CONSTITUTION:This pictorial communication equipment is equipped with an image storage memory 30 to store image data and management information, means 27 to decode an OMR sheet transmitted from a terminal equipment, means 21, 22 and 26 to transmit/receive image data, control means 23 to control the transmitting/receiving operation of image data, and means 28 to prepare transmitting data. When a bulletin board list request instruction is received from the terminal equipment, at this pictorial communication equipment, the control means 23 retrieves bulletin board information registered on the image storage memory 30, and the transmitting data preparing means 28 prepares the transmitting data of the bulletin board information in the form of the OMR sheet and transmits it.
