<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of monitoring by obtaining reliability data with respect to the data of the flow rate of water supply whose error is especially large among the process data, and adding the data to the history data of a plant. CONSTITUTION:The process data inputted from a plant (a) undergo primary processing. Thereafter the plant performance data are operated. When the flow rate of water supply is used in this operation, the reliability data are added to the plant performance data with a reliability operating part 13 and a reliability-data adding part 32. The plant performance data to which the reliability data are added are preserved as the plant history data and can be retrieved by an operator.</p> |
