CONSTITUTION:For a control of temperatures of annealing furnace or the like, the prescribed value DELTAT is decided to the target value SV of a batch control. Then the operation method is changed for the output of operation when the value of detection reaches SV-DELTAT. That is, the degree of operation MV is shown by an equation (where K shows the process gain). This process gain is obtained from the degree of operation and the value of detection in the period during which the value of detection reaches SV-DELTAT (PID control, etc. is carried out usually in this period). |
