PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of dust at a mouthpiece by a method wherein a coating made of a phenol modified epoxy resin component and an olefinic hydrocarbons with excellent lubrication performance of which the general formula is shown by a specified formula is applied on the flange of a steel mouthpiece and the threaded part of a plug. CONSTITUTION:The component of the coating is a phenol modified epoxy resin composition, and the coating is applied on a steel flange 1 which is uni-chrome plated and a threaded part 4 of a zinc die casting plug. The applied epoxy resin is a bisphenol A type epoxy resin of which the average molecular weight is 450-3700, epoxy equivalent is 230-4000, and hydroxyl group equivalent is 115-225. Also, a methylol-phenolic resin which is used as a modifier is a thermosetting phenol resin for which m- cresol, p- cresol and formaldehyde are condensed under an ammonium catalyst. In addition, an olefinic hydrocarbons the general formula of which is shown by CnH2n (Note: (n) is 31-38.) is evenly added by 0.5-3.0% to the coating resin component.
