The PBA changing circuit is for extracting a PBA and for inserting new a PBA maintaining power on state of a system. The circuit includes a switch (SW) operated by an operator, a first relay (12) for providing a third power to a normal open terminal (NO1), a second relay (14) for providing a second power to another normal open terminal (NO2), a first connector (16) for receiving a first to a third power and for sending the power through output terminals, a second connector (18), an interfacing circuit (22) for sending clear and card enable signal, and a line interface circuit (24) controlled by the clear and card enable signal.
