The circuit is for stabilizing unstable data transmission between line module controller and a line concentration controller. The circuit includes a decoder unit (10) for decoding address signals transmitted from a microprocessor to select LCC (50), a bus controller (40) for controlling data transmission between the LCC (50) and the microprocessor (20), and a data transmission acknowledge signal generator (30) for decoding data transmitted from the microprocessor and bus error signals detected by the bus controller to generate data acknowledge signal and for sending the acknowledge signal to a microprocessor of a LMC.
