摘要 PURPOSE:To increase contents of high critical temp. phase within low temp. and short time by repeatedly grinding, mixing and heat-treating a specimen, prepared by solid phase reaction method, of Bi base superconducting oxide. CONSTITUTION:For example, oxides, carbonates and nitrates, etc., of elements such as Bi, Pb, Sr, Ba, Ca, Mg, Cu, etc., are subjected to crushing, mixing and calcining with prescribed ratio and water, carbonate group, nitrate group, etc., are diminished by vaporization to obtain specimens (calcined matter). Pulverized powder of this specimen or lump body 1 is put in a platinum nozzle 2 and melted, gas 3 such as air, etc., is ejected from upper side of nozzle 2 and lump of molten body is blown out from a hole 4 in a lower part of the platinum nozzle to make it into thick film or powdery form by the double roll type super quenching device 5, etc. This specimen is pulverized by grinding mill, mixed, formed and heat-treated (sintered) in gaseous atmosphere consisting of O2/N2=0.05-10 to form superconductive phase. This grinding, mixing and heat-treating operations are repeated so as to increase the ratio of high critical temp. phase.
