PURPOSE:To provide a superconductive coil device which can withstand high voltage and where error magnetic fields are few and the quantity of heat invasion is small. CONSTITUTION:Helium reservoirs 6a and 6b are provided for the current introduction terminals 5a and 5b connected to coil leads 7a and 7b. The helium reservoirs 6a and 6b are attached to a heat insulating vacuum vessels 4 through an insulating flange 9. The coil leads 7a and 7b may be insulated from each other and stuck fast to each other. Moreover, the current introduction terminals 5a and 5b may be attached to the insulating flange 9 and the helium reservoirs 6a and 6b positioned inside the heat insulating vacuum vessels 4. |
