CONJUGATE YARN OF FILAMENT AND STAPLE FIBER AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce conjugate yarn of ultrathin stable fibers and ordinary filament without using a conventional spinning process. CONSTITUTION:At least the finest fiber island component contains fine particles having particle size of 0.8-1.2 as long diameter as that of the finest fiber in sea-island type conjugate yarn having island components with different fiber sections and the conjugate yarn is eluted to give conjugate yarn comprising ultrathin fiber stage and ordinary filament. The conjugate yarn constituted as mentioned above can provide conjugate yarn having uniformity and a handle of characteristic spun yarn only by passing through ordinary filament production process.
