The additional bodies fitted to all vanes of a turbine for oscillation and vibration redn. are made of resistant material, such as metal, plastic or material contg. aramid- or carbon- fibres. Such bodies serve to collect wind force at the peripheral surface of the vane in amplification of the turbine power. A fillet or a raised formation against the wind is incorporated on the side edge of the vane for collection of wind energy. Such fillets are aerodynamically fixed on the front surface of the vane, and the pre-formed expandable additional bodies tangentially vibrate with the vane, having a feed line for pressure gas which passes through the vane and at least one part of the axis. Pressure bottles for the gas used for the expansion of the additional bodies and of hollow variably expandable cross fillets on the turbine vane are also available. ADVANTAGE - To restrict the strong oscillations and vibrations which can occur on the vanes of a turbine or wind power plant. . r
