Air conditioner automatic control method - using external temp. sensor to measure temp. at known time intervals and evaluating weather conditions from values according to reference tables

The method involves measuring the external temp. over a known time interval and placing it in memory. The weather conditions are evaluated with the frequency with which the external temp. is stored using reference data. Dehumidification is performed with the humidity determined according to the weather and a freezing prevention program for the internal heat exchanger is carried out. The measurement time interval is longer than the time during which weather conditions remain the same. USE/ADVANTAGE - Internal temp. and humidity are optimised using external temp. sensor, eliminating problems when humidity exceeds 80 per cent.
