The scissors consist of two parts (1, 2) with cutter blades (10, 20) and finger grips, between which is a joint for pivotal mounting. The facing sides of the blade slide on each other during cutting. The cutting edges (15, 19 resp. 25, 29) of the blades are displaced (a, b) from one another, both in the plane of cutting and at right angles to it. The cutter blade (20) which is held nearest the head is in the form of a thinning cutter. ADVANTAGE - Simple design, easy handling, esp. for simultaneous thinning.
