The baking tray has a number of one-piece depressions (12) on the upper side (11) of the tray, to receive e.g. pancake batter (15). The tray has a one-piece rim (13) which enables the tray to stand off the surface (16) on which it is placed leaving a free space (17). The depressions (12) have through baking holes (14) positioned radially about the curved surface. USE/ADVANTAGE - Enables the pancake batter to be cooked without fat.
