摘要 PURPOSE: To make aluminum foil eliminate to reduce material cost, by providing a heat-sealable layer which is softened by microwave heating to stick to the lip of a container in the internal seal material made of a laminate body of a plate liner, a wax layer, and polyester film. CONSTITUTION: An internal seal material 10 is constituted of a liner 12, a wax layer 14, polymer film 16, and a heat-sealable layer 18 in this order from the upper side to the lower side. A pulp board filled with carbon black is used for the liner 12 to absorb microwave energy and convert it to heat and transfer the heat. Paraffin wax is used for the wax layer 14, and polyester or the like is used for the polymer film layer 16. Polyethylene and heat-sealable polyester are used as a polymer material appropriate for the heat-sealable layer 18 which sticks the internal seal material 10 to the lip of a container.
