The intermediate circuit voltage (7) is measured and a signal corresp. to the measured voltage value is transmitted without potential to at least one inverter unit (1) The or each inverter unit is equipped with a microcomputer which corrects the p.w.m. control signal for the inverter of a servomotor (3), depending on the value of the intermediate circuit voltage transmitted to the inverter unit. The measuring and the potential isolation of the intermediate circuit voltage value results using a voltage/frequency converter (5), which delivers a pulse train with a frequency corresp. to the voltage and at least one opto-coupler (6) and/or opto-coupler (9) connected to the voltage/frequency converter. USE/ADVANTAGE - Inverter controlled electric motor which, pref. with several other motors, is supplied from common intermediate circuit voltage, facilitates simplified and improved regulating quality.
