PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of grease from the contacting face of a movable platen and a tie-bar and to facilitate the exchange of sealing part. CONSTITUTION:Grease supplied to the contacting face of a tie-bar 10 and a movable platen 12 is kept on the face by the following procedure. A dividable sealant-pressing member 30 furnished with an insertion hole 31 and a sealant- holding groove 33 is mounted to the tie-bar 10, a base plate 36 is fixed to the side of the sealant-holding groove 33 of the sealant-pressing member 30, a sealing liquid is injected into the sealant-holding groove 33 of the sealant-pressing member 30 through a liquid channel 34, the base plate 36 is removed from the sealant-pressing member 30 after hardening the sealing liquid and finally a sealant 38 is filled in the sealant-holding groove 33. |
