PURPOSE:To perform a smooth and regular transfer of an object to be packaged with a long and thin handle at the time of packaging the object to be packaged by a folded film. CONSTITUTION:The present packaging device is constituted of a send-in belt conveyor mechanism C, send-out belt conveyor mechanism E, roll film mechanism A which consists of rolls to let out a folded film F, right isosceles triangle shaped film end opening mechanisms B which are provided on the top and bottom of the send-in belt conveyor mechanism C, and a sealing mechanism D. Then, on a heat sealing member 12 which constitutes the sealing mechanism D, a cutter 13 which faces the send-in belt conveyor mechanism C side is provided.
