发明名称 POLYESTER-BASED HEAT BONDING CONJUGATE FIBER
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain heat bonding conjugate fiber capable of simultaneously imparting excellent elasticity characteristics and shape retaining properties to a cushioning material composed of polyester fiber. CONSTITUTION:Conjugate fiber composed of a polyester component having >=200 deg.C melting point and a polyether ester block copolymer component having specific melt viscosity characteristics in which 50-80mol% of an acid component is terephthalic acid; the main glycol component is 1,4-butanediol and the amount of a copolymerized poly (alkylene oxide) glycol component is 30-50wt.%. Since thermally fused points between fibers are formed from the specific block copolymer, a cushioning material extremely improved in bonding strength and elastic recovery characteristics is obtained.
