PURPOSE:To automatically control to compulsorily make a driver take a rest at the time of the continuation of specified time of driving so as to prevent a dozing accident by long distance driving. CONSTITUTION:Running time Ta and rest time Tb are previously set by an operation part 2, which are time-controlled by a timer 3 and a control unit 1 for driving control in accordance with a running state. The driver is compulsorily made to take a rest by disabling driving a car by executing a key-off-lock within scheduled rest time and the shift-lock of a transmission or the like at the time of arriving at a prearranged rest place. |
