PURPOSE:To illuminate commodities in the lower part of an upper reserving chamber above a partitioning member brightly by providing a fluorescent lamp at the door side of the partitioning member of a showcase. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent lamp 30 is attached to the front surface of a partitioning member 2 with an interval between the partitioning member 2 and a frame 23. The upper and lower parts of the fluorescent lamp 30 are covered by light transmitting covers 31, 32 to project the light of the fluorescent lamp 30 against upper and lower reserving chambers 15, 16. The light of the fluorescent lamp 30 illuminates the commodities 35 in the reserving chambers 15, 16 directly or indirectly after being reflected by transparent doors 14A, 14B. |
