PURPOSE:To get a superior effect of restricting indoor temperature by a method wherein some adjoining inter-panel spaces are communicated in sequence in a longitudinal direction in a double transparent panel member, the lower-most inter-panel space is provided with a suction port, the spaces are communicated to each other through an air collecting pipe and the air collecting pipe is provided with a discharging means. CONSTITUTION:Each of roof panels of a pyramid-shaped glass plate building has some grill-like panel supporting members comprised of many vertical members 2 and many lateral members 3 having a predetermined vertical spacing therein and supported in a horizontal direction. Spacings for inner and outer glasses 4 and 5 are opened in each of panel frames of the supporting members and held to constitute a double transparent panel member 7. A communication port is formed at a central part of each of the lateral members 3, spaces in each of the double panel members 7 are communicated to each other in a vertical direction and the communication port opened at the lower lateral member 3 of the lower-most double panel member 7 is opened into the building to provide an air suction port. The spacing in the upper-most double panel member 7 is communicated with the air collecting pipe, this air collecting pipe is connected to an air discharging pipe 50 and then an interior part in the spacing in the member can be evacuated under an operation of an air discharging fan 51. |
