发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING CONCENTRATION OF OXYGEN IN MOLTEN METAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To calculate the accurate content of oxygen by accurately correcting the measured value due to an O2 sensor easy to generate a measuring error corresponding to the past tendency of the deviation between the measured value due to the O2 sensor and that obtained off-line. CONSTITUTION:The change of the concn. of oxygen in molten copper with the elapse of time is successively detected by an O2 sensor 11 and the concn. of oxygen in molten copper 10 detected off-line at every 1hr is inputted to a measured value input part 14 and, in the change of the concn. of oxygen from the O2 sensor 11 with the elapse of time, the deviation between the concn. of oxygen at every 1hr and that of oxygen obtained off-line at every 1hr is calculated and the estimated value O[m] of the concn. of oxygen detected by the O2 sensor 11 with the elapse of time is calculated corresponding to each deviation and the concn. value of oxygen detected by the O2 sensor 11 is corrected corresponding to the estimated value O[m] in a control part 12.
