PURPOSE:To maintain always the specified light output from a light source at the time of processing even if the light output of the light source is decreased by a change with lapse of time. CONSTITUTION:The control power source of the light source is feedback- controlled by detecting the light output from the light source by a light output detecting means 26 or the light output is controlled by the temp. control of the light source or the control power source is controlled in accordance with the data detecting the change of the light output of the light source with lapse of time and further, the detected light output is displayed by a light output display means 39 and the control power source is controlled in accordance therewith, by which the specified light output is obtd. and the specified processing quality of the work is maintained. |
