The substrate (1) having the recording layer (4) and the protection layer (5) is divided into pieces of a predetermined shape. Here, the protection layer (5) formed on the recording layer (4) is composed of a material having a small Young's modulus and a thermal conductivity which is smaller than that of the substrate (1).
