PURPOSE:To improve productivity and to inexpensively conduct a repair operation by curtailing the tact time of the repair operation. CONSTITUTION:A controller 8 controls a driving device 7 in accordance with the coordinate values within an LCD circuit board 5 at a repair point inputted from a digitizer 9. The controller 8 moves an X-Y table 6 by the driving device 7 to position the repair point in the LCD circuit board 5 to the position irradiated with the laser beam outputted from a laser oscillator 1. |
