The card instructs a user to act in a specified manner within a time frame. The card identifies an establishment. The card contains all information necessary for the specified user and the specified establishment. The card is used alone with users falling in one group. The card is used together with a pension type booklet, or a building society type passbook if the user falls in any other group.
