PURPOSE:To receive transmitted data without an error by outputting a random pattern signal in place of a regular digital signal when all the digital signals are detected to be '0' or '1' for prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:The digital signals inputted from input terminals 11a-11d are bit-multiplexed in a multiplex circuit 12. When all the digital signals inputted from the terminal 11d are '0' or '1' for prescribed time, a reset signal RS is outputted from an identification circuit 23. At this time, a scrambling circuit 24 outputs the random pattern signal RP by the signal RS. A switching circuit 25 outputs not the digital signal from the terminal 11d but the random pattern signal RP from the circuit 24 towards the multiplex circuit 12 by the signal RS. Thus, the marking ratio of the multiplexed digital signal becomes 0.5 even if all the inputted digital signals are '0' or '1', and the identification error in an identifier 22 is eliminated. |
