PURPOSE:To obtain the title compsn. excellent in fungiproof effect and food hygiene by mixing a thermally vulcanizable silicone rubber with a fungiproofing agent mainly comprising zinc oxide. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. is prepd. by mixing 100 pts.wt. silicone rubber compsn. with a fungiproofing agent pref. in an amt. of 0.1-10 pts.wt. The agent mainly comprises zinc oxide and pref. contains an auxiliary component comprising at least one compd. selected from the group consisting of zinc sulfate, an alkali salt of zinc phosphate, boric acid, and a borate. |
