<p>PURPOSE:To secure the safety inside of a reactor essentially by setting temperature of the reaction liquid inside of a reactor at a temperature less than a flash point of the waste organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:In a method for decomposing the radioactive waste organic solvent, that the radioactive waste organic solvent is led into a reactor and is made contact to the oxidant and the addition agent in the water for oxidation decomposition, the pressure inside of the reactor is reduced so that a boiling point of the water inside of the reactor is set at a temperature less than a flash point of the waste organic solvent, and decomposition reaction is performed at a temperature less than the flash point of the waste organic solvent.</p> |
