PURPOSE:To effectively offer an operation guide message to many and unspecified operators including persons familiar and unfamiliar to the operation of equipment. CONSTITUTION:A program which controls the operation of universal computer relating equipment such as a cash transaction machine is read out of program memory 2, and it is controlled by a CPU 1. A first operation guide message for the person familiar to the operation of the equipment and a second operation guide message for the person unfamiliar to it are stored in guide message memory 6. The first operation guide message is displayed on a display part 5 first, and the CPU 1 recognizing prescribed time to the actual input of an operation content from an input part 4 by the operator observing the display by a timer 3 outputs the operation guide message to be offered next by switching to the second operation guide message when the prescribed time exceeds reference time. |
