PURPOSE:To permit one-touch repair of an already existing sign post, which has aged or whose reflector is broken without starting re-working at the part with concrete foundation. CONSTITUTION:The root of an existing sign post 1 is cut at an appropriate level to generate a short receptacle strut 11. An additional length post 5 has a bottom with dia. enlarged over a certain length, and this widened bottom is fitted on the receptacle strut 11 as the root of sign post 1. The additional length post 5 equipped with a new sign and the receptacle strut 11 are secured. |
