<p>PURPOSE:To recover and again utilize undecomposed ammonia gas left in a gas mixture exhausted from gas soft nitriding ovens in a gas soft nitriding device for heat-treating steel parts, etc., in an atmospheric gas comprising ammonia gas and an endothermic modified gas. CONSTITUTION:Undecomposed ammonia gas contained in a gas mixture exhausted from gas soft nitriding ovens 1a-1d is liquefied and separated by cooling means 11, 36, 37 and by compression means 16, 19, 23, 24, and the separated liquefied ammonia is vaporized into ammonia gas by vaporization means 24, 37 and again utilized in the gas soft nitriding ovens 1a-1d. Heat recovered by the cooling means 11, 36, 37 and/or the compression means 16, 19, 23, 24 is again utilized as an energy source for the vaporization means 24, 37.</p> |
