<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate longitudinal line disturbance based on fluctuation of a clamp level for each field when an inter-field interpolation color signal from a MUSE system inter-frame interpolation color signal. CONSTITUTION:A signal of a half period of that of a longitudinal line disturbance is eliminated by a low pass filter 7 an a signal of other period than the half period of the longitudinal disturbance attenuated by the low pass filter 7 is extracted by a band pass filter 8 and outputs of the low pass filters 7, 8 are added to eliminate only the longitudinal line disturbance component.</p> |
