<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the error generated in time information due to the change of ambient temperature by periodically detecting the ambient temperature of a clock LSI to correct clock information. CONSTITUTION:A clock LSI 4 forms an oscillating circuit of a prescribed oscillation frequency together with a quartz oscillator attached to the outside of this LSI 4, and the oscillation waveform having this oscillation frequency is counted to generate clock information (time). A detecting means 5 provided in the periphery of the clock LSI 4 detects the ambient temperature of the clock LSI. A clock correction processing part 6 corrects clock information generated at prescribed intervals by the clock LSI 4 based on the temperature detected by the detecting means 5.</p> |
