PURPOSE:To efficiently produce undried rice cake in a granular state. CONSTITUTION:Undried raw material rice cake is cut into a sliced state while being sprayed with water, the intermediate raw material in a sliced state is dehydrated, cooled to <=-10 deg.C to <0 deg.C and ground by cutting. During grinding, softening and greasiness of rice cake is prevented and undried rice cake having excellent taste can efficiently be granulated without raising a manufacturing cost. |
