PURPOSE:To eliminate the restriction of operator in deleting processing and to prevent a document from being misdeleted or undeleted with the dependence of operator's memory at the time of discriminating the necessity/unnecessity of the document before processing or during the period of the processing by setting up a deleting condition to a storage period. CONSTITUTION:A control means 2 outputs an original inputted by an input means 1 to a display means 3 and printing means 4, outputs the original to a storage means 7 to store it and outputs the original stored in the means 7 to the means 3, 4 the means 3 displays the original outputted by the means 2 and the means 4 prints out and stores the original outputted from the means 1. An original arranging means 6 identifies a storing period set up in the management information of each original stored in the means 4 and deletes an unnecessary period because of the lapse of the storing period from the means 4. A clock means 5 stores current date and time to be compared with the storing period. |
