PURPOSE:To generate a production execution plan adapted to the production field by not directly using the production plan from a higher-order system but finely adjusting it to a production plan, where the state of the production field is taken into consideration, at the time of generating the production execution plan. CONSTITUTION:A production plan fine adjustment system 14 is placed between a production plan generating system 11 and a production execution plan generating system 16 and performs fine adjustment of the plan generated by the production plan generating system 11 and transfers it to the production execution plan generating system 16. The production plan fine adjustment system 14 adds progress information of the production field based on a reference production schedule 13 and generates a new production plan 15 where the reference production schedule is finely adjusted. |
