PURPOSE:To surely exchange data and to reduce the work loss by using a transmission/reception part, which actually exchanges data with a computer, to check whether a power source and a communication function are normally operated or not at the time of insertion of a portable terminal machine to the device. CONSTITUTION:When the portable terminal machine is inserted to a slot of the concentrating and distributing device, this device transmits test data of a test data generating part 4 from a data transmission part 2 to the data reception part of the portable terminal machine. When test data received from the data transmission part of the portable terminal machine is transmitted to the device which displays the test result on a display part 10. By this display, the transmission and reception part which actually exchanges data with the computer is used to check whether the power source is turned on or not and whether the communication function is normally operated or not at the time of insertion of the portable terminal machine to the slot of the device. |
