PURPOSE:To offer a photodestaticizer for an electrophotographic device capable of realizing reduction in the number of parts and the simplification of maintenance by collecting a light source pollution preventing function and an ozone resolving function together on a cover for a point-like light source. CONSTITUTION:The cover 26 for an LED 23 as the point-like light source is provided, and on this cover 26, a light transmission part 27 allowing light from the LED 23 to be transmitted and a light shielding part 28 preventing a region discharged by a corona discharger 10 from being irradiated with the light transmitted from the light transmission part 27, are consecutively and integrally formed, and an ozone resolving agent 29 is stuck to the corona discharger side of the light shielding part 28. |
