PURPOSE:To prevent meandering the tearing due to distortion at the time of manufacture, and to obviate the deterioration of board dimensional stability in a resin-impregnated base material used for an electric laminated board and a printed wiring board. CONSTITUTION:One surface of a base material is impregnated with a resin, suction force is applied from an opposed surface, and the inside of the base material is impregnated with the resin, thus impregnating the resin without generating distortion in a resin-impregnated base material. |
