PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid skin cleansing agent, containing potassium salt or triethanolamine salt of a higher fatty acid and at least one selected from specific cationic surfactants, amine oxides and N-alkyl-beta-aminopropionic acids and excellent in foaming and stability. CONSTITUTION:A liquid skin cleansing agent is obtained by including (A) potassium salt or triethanolamine salt of a higher fatty acid such as oleic acid, stearic acid or palmitic acid and (B) at least one selected from cationic surfactants (e.g. lauryltrimethylammonium chloride) expressed by formula I [R<1> is alkyl or alkenyl; R<2> to R<4> are H, alkyl or -(CH2CH2O)nH ((n) is 1-5)], amine oxides (e.g. lauryldimethylamine oxide) expressed by formula II (R<5> is alkyl or alkenyl; R<6> and R<7> are H, alkyl, etc.) and N-alkyl-beta-aminopropionic acids expressed by formula III (e.g. N-coco-alkyl-beta-aminopropionic acid) expressed by formula III (R<8> is alkyl or alkenyl) at (99:1)-(90:10) weight ratio of the ingredients (A):(B). |
