PURPOSE: To form a producing apparatus of a rubber mixture so that dangerous vapor and gas coming out on the occasion of producing the rubber mixture can be removed almost completely at a relatively small cost. CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus of a rubber mixture comprises a stamping kneader as a basic mixer so operating as to charge in and a finishing mixer disposed under the kneader. The finishing mixer has a larger capacity than the basic mixer, and between the basic mixer and the finishing mixer, a vertical transfer passage is provided to send out a basic mixture prepared by the basic mixer. A suction opening (25) is provided in the wall of the hollow chamber, preferably in the wall of the transfer passage (22), above a hollow chamber (19) of the finishing mixer (4) filled with the rubber mixture.
