<p>PURPOSE:To confirm a whole image in a short time and to obtain the image having high quality in a color image coding which has the coding system of a base line system. CONSTITUTION:A system control parts 4 detects an instruction from an operation part 5 and activates a scanner part 7. The scanner part 7 starts the reading of the image and writes in an image memory part 1 in order. When data are accumulated, the system control part 4 instructs the coding part 3 to start coding. Coded information is transfered to ISDN I/F part 9 in order, and coding data from the coding part 3 is transmitted through a telephone circuit. At the time of coding, the image is coded from the image having degradated quality in order, while gradually changing the quality of the image.</p> |
